CONGRATULATIONS TO VIETNAM GARMENT AND PRINTING COMPANY LIMITED - Ms. Van has successfully finalized two orders of masks in just ONE DAY

On May 20, 2020, Ms. Van participated in the Export Opportunities and Sample Consulting Service of VIETGO for three months. She shared that her company is a manufacturer of garment products, producing primarily T-shirts and polo shirts. She has a factory in Binh Duong, specializing in garment production.

To serve people during the Covid pandemic, she had made more cloth masks for children and adults with various designs. The highlight of her personality is the enthusiasm, enterprising of her youth. Despite being at a very young age, she has in hand her own business specializing in garments.

The first order was from an American customer. After sending a series of product pictures, the customer showed great interest in the eye-catching colorful masks from her company. Without hesitation, the customer immediately ordered 3,150 pieces of masks for children with nine different colors for a total order of $1390. So what helps her to close the order so fast? They were the eye-catching images of the masks that she has invested so much in, her enthusiasm to answer customers, and her willingness to bear a small part of the shipping fee for the first order, which built trust from this guest.

The second order was from a Malaysian client. Previously, she ordered 2000 units from another supplier in Vietnam and lost faith in the poor quality shipment and slow delivery. When placing this order, she was still a bit hesitant about the quality and delivery time, but with Ms. Van’s enthusiasm and negotiation style, and original images of the product, she won the trust of this fastidious customer and closed the deal with 5000 pcs for the first trial import.
