Ms. Phuong participated in the Service of Trade Opportunities and Sample Consulting for three months, starting from May 16th, 2020. This first sample order is from a Malaysian customer, the customer showed her great interest in the eye-catching colorful masks after receiving a series of product pictures from the suppliers. Without hesitation, the customer immediately ordered 1,000 pieces with 750 black for adults and 250 for children with Elsa and Spiderman prints. Thus how can she finalize an order so quickly? This is because she invested in the eye-catching design of the masks, showed her enthusiasm to answer customers, and her willingness to bear a small part of the shipping fee for the first order to make her guest satisfied.
