CONGRATULATIONS ON THE MEETING BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL BH MANUFACTURING AND IMPORT-EXPORT CO., LTD AND THEIR INDIAN CUSTOMER

 

Mr. X (customer prefers anonymity) is an Indian buyer, currently living and working in Vietnam. His company specializes in trading, importing and exporting a wide range of commodities, such as: agricultural products, seafood, construction materials. Recently, because of the outbreak of Covid, the demand for medical gloves in many countries has increased, Mr. X is quickly taking this opportunity and trying to find suppliers in order to have a good source of products for his customers.

Before Vietgo connected Mr. X with Ms. T - director of BH International Co., this customer had met and discussed business with a number of other suppliers. However, most of the previous suppliers did not meet his requirements: high prices, unrealistic sources, quality / packaging specifications are not guaranteed. So when Vietgo introduced BH International Co. as a gloves supplier, Mr. X expressed his doubt, partly because he had lost faith in the suppliers before, partly because he had read some information about the frauds and poor quality goods on electronic newspapers. He said if Ms. T could take him to the factory/warehouse, he would continue to discuss. Ms. T contacted the factory and got their agreement.

In the first weekend after Vietgo connected the two parties, Ms. T arranged for Mr. X to meet and discuss with her and the director of the glove factory at a warehouse in Long An.

After having viewed the warehouse and test the product directly, all of Mr. X’s questions on technical information of the product were answered. He was very pleased and trusting. The parties actively communicated with each other and reached to an agreement on core issues such as price, minimum ordered quantity, payment method, delivery deadline, hiring SGS and compensating for SGS rental, charter fee if the goods are not of satisfactory quality.

The meeting ended happily and promised cooperation between the two parties. After the meeting, Ms. T collaborated with the factory to compose and pass the draft contract to the customer to check, confirm, sign and stamp.

We are very glad that BH International Manufacturing and Import Export Co., Ltd had a successful meeting with Mr. X. Hopefully the cooperation contract between the two parties will be signed soon.
