We are planning to import [700 CBM] with the following specifications:
Length: up to 9 meters
Diameter: 100–120 cm
Before proceeding further, kindly provide the following for verification:

Company Registration Certificate (Registrar General – Ghana)

Timber Utilization Contract (TUC) / Export permit

At least one past Bill of Lading (buyer name can be covered)

Photos / video of current stock at your yard (today’s date visible)

Written confirmation allowing third-party inspection before any payment

Regarding payment, we prefer LC (Letter of Credit) payment to ensure a secure and transparent transaction. TT advance is not acceptable for the first shipment.

Kindly provide your FOB and CFR price per CBM, estimated delivery time, and standard LC terms.
