2. Main Products

Black Pepper & White Pepper

• Black Pepper: Harvested when nearly ripe, then sun-dried or machine-dried to preserve the dark outer skin and strong aroma.
• White Pepper: Fully ripe berries are soaked, skinned, and dried, resulting in a clean, white pepper with a milder scent.
• Grades available: 550 g/l, 500 g/l, 450 g/l, 400 g/l and customized based on customer requirements.
• Packaging: Export-standard packaging such as 25 kg PP + PE bags, 5 kg or 1 kg zipper bags, or per buyer's request.
• Quality specifications: Moisture ≤ 12%, foreign matter ≤ 2%, no allergens, meets international pesticide residue limits.
• Export markets: Europe, North America, Asia — we supply both whole and ground pepper and can meet various certifications like ISO, HACCP, GlobalG.A.P., Organic (if required).

5. Terms of Cooperation & Export

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Usually 1 x 20′ FCL, with trial orders available for new customers.
• Payment terms: Irrevocable Confirmed L/C at sight or T/T before shipment, depending on agreement.
• Delivery terms: FOB Vietnam main ports (e.g., Ho Chi Minh Port, Quy Nhon Port, Cat Lai Port) or CIF to destination.
• Customer support: Free or paid samples available, flexible negotiation on labeling, branding, shipping, and insurance.
