Clinker
First quality control stage: Mixing of materials and control of the ratio of limestone and clay takes place at the quarry, and the material ratio is controlled before transport by conveyor belt to the plant using a PJNA radiometric analyzer.

The mixing process takes place in the Circular House, where the ingredients are stirred thoroughly from the outside in and from bottom to top, ensuring a uniform particle size distribution. The mixture is then transported by conveyor belt to the grinding system.

Raw material grinding and mixing ratio control, second stage: Raw materials are transported on a conveyor belt into the grinding system. After grinding to the precise ratio, the materials are passed through a PJNA radiometric analyzer to control the quality and proportion of components. This is the second quality control stage before being fed into the kiln for Clinker production.
